Children and teens are more prone to stress these days. Unfortunately, the stress they face can lead to severe mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and self-harm. Through this Mental Health Awareness course, you’ll get a glimpse of how to nurture childrens’ mental health and raise their self-esteem and confidence.
